About Diane
Diane Higginbotham is a seasoned professional with a proven ability to foster meaningful relationships and provide expert philanthropic guidance through coaching, consulting, and facilitation. With over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has passionately dedicated herself to helping individuals and families navigate their philanthropic journeys.
Diane is a 21/64 Certified Advisor and offers those skills and tools during her values-based coaching, facilitation, consulting services, and speaking engagements through her practice, Dialogue with Diane. She empowers her clients to align their philanthropic and personal goals with confidence and clarity, drawing on her extensive expertise and holistic approach.
Previously, Diane served as a Senior Consultant at 21/64, where she utilized the organization’s tools and resources to help clients realize their philanthropic aspirations. Her career also includes impactful roles at two prominent community foundations: the Greater Houston Community Foundation and The Columbus Foundation.
Diane is a member of the 21/64 Certified Advisors of Color Advisory Committee, where she has served as an advisor, facilitator, and mentor to each annual cohort since its inception.
With a strong educational foundation in counseling, Diane brings a comprehensive perspective to her work. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she has called Houston home since 2016, where she resides with her husband.
